International company specialized in Purchasing & procurement services is looking for recruiting performing & stable people in order to build a dynamic team in Bucharest, Romania. MAIN MISSION
The procurement officer job is an office job that consists essentially in understanding customers’ needs, identifying suppliers and achieving that orders are well managed. The main goal is that goods or service are delivered properly and that invoices & payments are made consistently & regularly without litigation between parties. TASKS
Develop good customers’ relationships while ensuring procurement operations with high performance to satisfy customers ‘needs: - Process operations for our customers & our suppliers in compliance with internal organization, tools & procedures: Procurement operation, Invoices clearing - Understand needs, identify & contact suppliers, confirm offers validity & negotiation (in particular: price, quantity, deadlines, quality & payment terms), place & track orders, eventually make bids. - Provide customers & suppliers invoicing documents; solve disputes & litigations on procurement operations. - Proactive communication with customers, suppliers & colleagues - Analyze activity with available tools & define corrective actions to implement them with branch manager - Apply ExperBuy procedures - Keep & Classify customers and suppliers files & archives - Follow actions plan to reach office and company objectives & targets TECHNICAL SKILLS
Linguistic: Advanced level in French mandatory (written & spoken), Average level in English Computer: Office software (Excel, Word…), Internet & Emails, ERP experience appreciated (training provided) Logistics: Basic logistics vocabulary & supply-chain process understanding appreciated Negotiation & Sourcing: appreciated NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS
Communicative, Active, Rigorous personnality Results oriented, Quality oriented, Customers oriented, with Initiative, learning capacity, communication through telecommunication easiness (telephone, fax, emails…), motivation EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Study, job or other activities in French (2 years) TRAINING
2 to 3 weeks in France + continuous training with training program every year CONDITIONS
Office full-time job located in Bucharest, Unlimited duration contract Monthly salary : 500 to 700€ net + Annual bonus on results
