Responsabilitati ü Planifica si organizeaza activitatile specifice Centrului Vocational ü Identifica persoane care apartin grupurilor vulnerabile si ofera sprijin specializat in integrarea socio-profesionala a acestora: recrutare,consiliere vocationala, identificare potentiali angajatori, mediere pe piata muncii. ü Participa la scrierea proiectelor ü Identifica potentiali sponsori si linii de finantare pentru proiectele Asociatiei ü Elaboreaza rapoartele de monitorizare ale activitatilor Asociatiei ü Participa la organizarea si desfasurarea tuturor evenimentelor din cadrul Asociatiei
Functia de Consultant Resurse Umane este disponibila in cadrul asociatiei Acces pentru Toti, care functioneaza sub umbrela companiei HR Specialists. Cerinte ü Studii superioare in domeniul socio-uman ü Bune abilitati de planificare, organizare, coordonare si comunicare ü Cunostinte avansate de operare PC (in special Excel)
